My Day at the Casino

I went away to Foxwood's
to gamble, though it's a sin.
I planned on staying a little while
And really hoped I'd win.

I only took as much money
that I could afford from my stash
I was thinking of all the things I'd buy
With all my winning cash.

The very first thing I noticed
was that quarters go really quick!
So I switched from the 5 coin bandits
to the 3 coin. That's the trick!

But Lady Luck was busy
with the big time spenders, not me.
And in real short order I lost them.
I was down to only 3.

My dear sweet brother-inlaw saw my plight.
He put a 20 in my hand.
Now I could keep on playing.
This was simply grand!

But very soon I looked and saw,
Once again, an empty bucket.
I even lost a quarter I found on the floor.
Threw up my hands and said "fuck it!"

So I leave you with this sage advice
And you better heed it honey...
If your spending the day at Foxwoods
Ya better take someone else's money!!!
